Vacation home rents, valid for up to 6 guests

Validity of Vacation home Rents:

• The vacation home rents mentioned above are valid for bookings up to 6 guests
• The vacation home is available exclusively to your travel group; any bedrooms not required will remain unoccupied, the office in the basement will be closed during your stay
• Rent/Week: Minimum stay of 7 nights, any arrival and departure day
• Rent/Month: Minimum stay of 30 nights, any arrival and departure day; in case of saison overlappings the final rent/month will be calculated as the summary of the proportional daily rents (monthly rent / 30) of the concerning seasons
• Rent/Night: Minimum stay of 3-4 nights (depending on the season), any arrival and departure day
• In case of bookings of shorter stays than the minimum stay there will be charged the concerning minimum stay

Discounts for longterm guests (to be applied on the vacation home rents):

• Minimum stay of 2 weeks (14 nights): -15% of discount on the rent/week
• Minimum stay of 3 weeks (21 nights): -25% of discount on the rent/week
• Minimum stay of 4 weeks (28 nights): -35% of discount on the rent/week
• Minimum stay of 2 months (60 nights): -10% of discount on the rent/month
• Minimum stay of 3 months (90 nights): -20% of discount on the rent/month
• Minimum stay of 4 months (120 nights): -30% of discount on the rent/month

Additional Costs (OBLIGATORY):

• Rent per additional guest (7th to 14th guest): € 50.00 per night
• Rent per additional infant (up to 2 years, cot + bed linen provided, maximum of 2 infants): € 35.00 per night
• Rent per additional infant (up to 2 years, cot + bed brought by yourself): € 25.00 per night
• Daily stay / Usage of all SPA facilities by external accommodated guests of your party: € 35.00 per day
• Final cleaning: € 790.00 flat-rate
• Health resort tax (local visitors tax): € 4.00 per night per guest from the age of 15 up

Deposit:

€ 500.00 (will be returned in cash on departure [in case of payment in cash] or automatic termination [in case of regulation against credit card authorization], if no damage, defect and loss have been found)

Services Included in the Total Costs (= Vacation Home Rent + Additional Costs):

• VAT
• Bedlinen (1 sheet per bed as well as 1 duvet + duvet cover, 1 big pillow + pillowcase and 1 small pillow + pillowcase per person)
• Towelling (1 sauna towel, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 cosy hooded bathrobe per guest)
• Table linen
• Operating costs
• Heating costs (firewood included)
• Water fees (hot & cold)
• Electricity
• Waste disposal
• Final cleaning
• Health resort tax

Additional Services at Extra Charge (optionally):

• Intermediate cleaning during your stay: € 450.00 per cleaning session
• Bedlinen and towelling change during your stay: € 40.00 per change per guest

Payment:

• Advance payment: 50% of the total accommodation price (= rent + additional costs) within 3 days from booking by bank transfer or by credit card
• Final payment: 50% of the total accommodation price 30 days before arrival by bank transfer or 60 days before arrival by credit card
• Deposit: on arrival in cash or 7 days before arrival against credit card guarantee
• Additional services (on request): before carrying out in cash

Cancellation Fee:

• From booking to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation price
• 29 days before arrival or later: 100% of the total accommodation price

Check-in/-out:

Check-in time: 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (personal check-in, if available) or from 7 p.m. (self check-in)
Check-out time: 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (by arrangement also earlier)
