Elegant sauna area on the first floor with spacious, high-quality sauna made of hemlock wood on 2 levels, reclining area for 3 people or seating area for up to 6 people. The sauna can be used either as a Finnish sauna (dry sauna) or as a steam sauna (bio-sauna, gentle on the skin and circulation). Spacious shower facility with 2 shower heads, waterfall shower and Kneipp hose. Relaxation area with 2 loungers and several chairs (inside) and private terrace with seating (outside). Compact stereo system with relaxing music. Sauna towels are provided.

With our spa and lifestyle room with integrated infrared deep heat cabin in the lower level of the house (accessible from the interior staircase) - our absolute "highlight" - we want to inspire you across the board! Together with a specialist, we have developed an individual and extraordinary infrared cabin that combines deep heat, relaxation and lifestyle in a special way: Especially on colder days in winter, spring and autumn, you warm up your body thanks to the infrared deep heat technology, revitalize your cells at the same time, stimulate your blood circulation and metabolism and improve your oxygen supply. At the same time, you can enjoy the very special relaxation factor of a swinging lounger and the integrated media equipment. On warmer days in summer, you can use the cabin as a separate relaxation and media room by absorbing the vibrations of the lounger into your body while watching TV, listening to a music video or simply enjoying the relaxing colored light with an additional backlit artist's picture.

State-of-the-art fitness room in the basement with studio-quality professional fitness equipment from TechnoGym, a leading global manufacturer of fitness equipment for professional use: 1 "Bike Forma" ergometer + 1 "Synchro Forma" cross trainer + 1 "Unica Evolution Trainer" multifunctional strength training machine with 21 different exercises. There is also a mat and equipment for abs and back training as well as various small training devices. The fitness room can be used by up to 4 guests at the same time. The generous media equipment - a 50-inch flat-screen TV and a small hi-fi system - will make your workout entertaining and help you stay motivated. A real workout!
